Protein muffins

1 egg, beaten
3 TBSP milk
2 TBSP sugar free syrup
1 TBSP canola oil
3 TBSP Multigrain pancake mix
2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
pinch of salt
Mix egg, milk, syrup and oil
In a separate bowl, mix pancake mix, cocoa, protein powder and salt.
Tip wet into dry and mix gently. Pour in a muffin tin or cupcake pan and bake at 350 for about 10 mins.

Again, lots of ways to personalize it.
