Mediterranean festival

The Orthodox church in Beaumont had its annual Mediterranean Festival. Gracie and I went. It was nice - exhausting, but nice. There were tickets instead of using cash, which was ok. Train rides were $2, face painting was $1, but so were drinks. Food was $3 to $8. We saw dancers and heard music. I ate a spinach and cheese phylo dough thing; I tried the grape leaves wrapped around beef. I think it's a strong acquired taste. Gracie rode the train and got her face painted. It was a beautiful day. We were supposed to go and meet friends, but that didn't happen. It would have been more fun for us if it had, I think.
